Fittings Previous

What constitutes a proper fit?

The cups should fully contain the breast tissue - too small if you spill out - too big if there is gapping and wrinkling of the fabric.

The center front should rest close to the chest bone.

The bra band should feel comfortably snug - not so tight that the back binds - not so loose that the back would ride up.

The bra should stay in place as you bend and stretch.

The straps should not slip off or dig into your shoulders.

Bras are worn under, so try your clothes over. This is the ultimate test of appearance and comfort.

You should be fitted by a professional if...

you look droopy

your cups gap or are wrinkled

you are bulging out of the cups

your bra is riding up in the back

you are constantly adjusting falling bra straps

your bra straps digs into your shoulders

you have the appearance of back fat

you are not comfortable

you haven't been fitted in one year
